The AFLC-EDTX was created by Hon. Leonard Davis in 2013 through General Order No. 13-21. The AFLC-EDTX is governed by a board of directors, which is selected by the Chief Judge. The board of directors is responsible for setting the overall direction of the AFLC-EDTX and for overseeing its operations.
